You can send a PM to @Bug-Support with the problematic files attached. Their track record isn’t great with responding but it’s something.
Otherwise try some slightly different orientations or other tweaks to your operations to try and get it to work.
Did you try the file I posted?
Use @Bug-Support , or use the category #bug-reports , which may get a faster response
I never recommend using unions for important meshes since you can just learn blender and it will not only be easier but fix these issues, do that in the meantime
I don’t think it has anything to do with knowing blender or not, my aim is to speed things up, I need to change something twice, so I will have to make changes twice from blender and 1 change requires 5 operations and the operations are not very easy.
what i do is save time and make things even easier
my goal was to make it easier to make changes
