When, Where, and How to grow a game?

Hello there! I have been developing a game with the goal of bringing more diversity to roblox, so far, I’ve been doing insanely fast progress, but without sacrificing quality
now, here’s my question, When, Where, and How do I start growing it?
by when I mean at which point in development do I make it public for playtesting or advertise it in other places
Where I mean exactly what other places is it better to advertise at? I cannot record voice-overs so advertising on TikTok or any other social media might not be effective, and I don’t have any budget to advertise to youtubers
How I mean what are the optimal ways to grow it and create a healthy community around it

so far even without public testing I already found 6 people which are interested in the game, which shows it is something people want, but without a good foundation for more expansion, I might not be able to bring it to it’s full potential
any help on how I can plan the growth?

I should probably give more info about my game, it’s a movement hero shooter, with combat that focus on, well, movement, with a ability system that offers a lot of depth, with things like changing movesets mid fight (in case of shift type classes)

there are many ways, but the easiest one is to just get an investor on board

Not really sure if I’d call this the easiest, as that typically comes with a type of responsibility that most developers have trouble handling.

I would definitely recommend recording unique and appealing portions of gameplay from your experience, and sharing the videos yourself on platforms like X. If you are confident that your game has an audience it can appeal to, you’ll be fine.

Playtest as much as you can until you sustain CCU. once you have player count look at analytics and make a concerted effort to increase D1 retention and avg playtime which usually means onboarding and making the game fun.

but when should it become public for the first time? the moment it becomes playable and replayable (3 characters and matchmaking), or once there’s a lot of content, like skins, more loadout options, and emotes?
