When will roblox reward the developer crown (crown of o's) {question}

1. What do I want to achieve:Getting the crown of o’s

2.What is the issue:Not getting the 1k mau crown after surpassing it for over 3 months (almost done 4th months)

3. What solutions have I tried so far: I have send a email devawards. No response(been 2 weeks)
