Whenever I import a model it imports it far away?

Hello, I’m trying to make a GFX for a star wars group and I got the textures onto the rig in Blender but whenever I import the helmet it always imports it far away with the move tool by the rig. Is there anyway around this or do I just have to move it. The helmet is a free model so it didn’t come with the character when I used the Load Character plugin.

Whenever you import anything from roblox studio into blender, it will always be placed relative to the center of the place file in roblox studio—by making sure that everything you export is done at or near 0,0,0, you can import objects relatively close to or directly in the center.

The reason the “move tool” (the origin) of your model is near the rig is that the origin is always placed in the center of the scene in blender when importing objects from roblox studio. If you want the origin to match the location of the model, you can select the model in object mode and go to Object > Set Origin > Origin to Geometry, and it will allow you to move the mesh from its own center rather than the center of the entire project:
