Where are the looping audios?

I’m looking for music on the audio catalogue for my fireboy and watergirl type game, but finding fitting music is pretty hard!

But, most difficult is finding looping music. Most of the audio catalogue audios have a start and end that do not connect well, which makes it very clear to the player when the audio has looped. Ideally, I’d like a group of audios that loop, but the most I can find for these are background noises and ambiance, not songs.

Does anyone know how I can find looping song audios?

You can do this by searching (loop) in the Audio section of the Roblox Creator Hub Store (or the Audio section of the Toolbox in Roblox Studio, since that appears to have the same search engine), and then only checking out the audio that has (loop) or (Loop) in the title and has a picture of music notes instead of a jagged line. I also always filter it by only searching for Roblox-uploaded audio. This doesn’t work for very long, though, but that’s just what the search engine Roblox provides is going to do, no matter what, from my experience.

But the reason searching for (loop) and only listening to songs with (loop) in the title works at all is because, for whatever reason, putting (loop) in the song’s title is the most common way APM Music indicates that a song will loop, and APM Music is where Roblox obtained the majority of their songs from. It’s also common enough to have terms like “loopable” or “seamlessly loopable” in the description of songs from APM Music that do loop, so try out those search terms on Roblox too.

Basically, the best you can do on Roblox is throw any search term related to looping into the search bar and pray that it gives you want you want, and it probably won’t give you good results for very long no matter what you try. And, yes, finding music that fits, when looking through the music search engine that Roblox provides, is going to be time consuming if you’re particular. And, if you’re really good at not going insane while doing trial and error, you could also find a song you like but sadly doesn’t loop, and then change the Sound.PlaybackRegion times to make it appear to loop.
