Where can I find good transparent textures for devs? (can't find foam texture)

I’ve tried searching google, the toolbox, asked chatgpt for good sites with textures, I even looked on youtube with sites that have resources for game devs, I literally searched everywhere, but I didn’t find anything.
I really wanted to recreate this wave texture in a game I came across:

I did actually manage to get in contact with the creator, to let me know where he found it (I won’t ask anything else, because I don’t want to bother him anymore). He said he just typed in “sea foam texture” into google, and went into images. I tried that, but most of the images aren’t even transparent, nor they’re even close to what I want to achieve.
Here’s how my ocean looks without the foam/waves as of right now:

Please, can anyone let me know where to find something close to the image I provided? Or a website which has this kind of stuff? Thanks.

honestly this looks a really easy texture to make yourself since its just white streaks on a transparent background, thats what I usually do for textures I need but cant find. I’d recommend just drawing them yourself or finding a decent image to photoshop into what you want.
