Where can I find the bubblechat billboardgui?

So I could swear that the bubblechat used to be in the PlayerGui folder but im looking for it right now and I cant find it at all.
Im trying to get a hold of the bubblechat billboard in order to change the LightInfluence property so my chat bubbles wont glow due to the bloom in my game because that makes the chat unreadable

I edited the LightInfluence in the script but it does not seem to do anything

I don’t know if you can customize through there… you can however customize these features:

thanks for your help but im afraid there might not be any methods to do what I seek. I have already used bubble chat customization but there is no option for LightInfluence.
