Where do I go to report a loss of Robux?

Only an hour ago, I had 32 Robux. Now, after refreshing the Roblox site, I have 22. Obviously perplexed, I check my transaction history- nothing. I went through my private servers to try and find one that could have cost me 10 Robux. None of them were active.

At this point, I don’t know what happened to my money or how I can get it back. It’s not that big of a deal since I have a fair amount of Robux currently pending, but it is a bit annoying to have my money siphoned off somewhere by the site.

Robux shouldn’t just “disappear”, you likely accidentally purchased something or have a reoccurring server subscription that you forgot about.

If you are positive that you haven’t accidentally spent it somewhere, I guess you could submit a support ticket and see what Roblox has to say.

My transaction history finally decided to update after a day. I had a private server that took money from my account the day of, but it should have taken more (25 Robux.)

I suppose it’s possible that I had money deposited and taken from my account in the same timespan, but there’s no way of telling when money was actually handed over to my account after the stupid “pending” period.

It’s not that big of a deal, considering that private server was what I was going to pay for with that money in the first place. It is weird how it took an entire day for purchase history to update though.
