Where do we post about criticism for a game? GDS or CC?

I believe this category is most suited for this topic.

So before members could make posts in #help-and-feedback:cool-creations (which I’ll be referring to as CC) People used to ask for feedback and stuff for their game in #help-and-feedback:game-design-support (GDS). I know see that becoming a “trend” in CC, but iirc GDS is where it’s supposed to go, right?

So where are people really supposed to ask for game feedback?

Cool creations is for feedback. Whether positive or negative.

Game design support is for help with game aspects, not feedback.

From what I heard, most feedback should go to #help-and-feedback:cool-creations as that is mostly for feedback and showing off your creations like UI, buildings, and other cool things being made by users.

Everything else is just follow along what the category means.

Cool Creations is intended for getting feedback about something you made, such as a build. Game Design Support is intended for getting assistance regarding the actual design of your game, like UX, monetization and so on. They have different purposes. If you made something just to show off you should probably post in Cool Creations.

Cool creations.

Cool creations is for any feedback, game design support is about problem regarding your game.

People often confuse #help-and-feedback:art-design-support as feedback for their artwork but no, it’s not for that, #help-and-feedback:art-design-support is for problems regarding drawing software, errors, etc. This also applies to #help-and-feedback:game-design-support.

In brief terms:
Cool Creations → Feedback
Any other support category → Problems you want to resolve

Ah yeah thanks, since members can now post in CC, it’s different now than what it used to be.
