My games got over 100k mau for a year and i still haven’t got the crown WHY? i also got a game over 1million mau for more then 3 months but still haven’t got the crown i tried to reach out to dev for like 9 months but haven’t got a relply

Yeah, the devawards thing is a bit of a mess at the moment. I don’t believe that the email is actively monitored, so you really just have to wait and see if you are lucky enough to get given the crown which you have already earnt.

Unfortunately, lots of other people are having the same problem, including me. A game of mine passed the 1k mau milestone 2 years ago, still don’t have that crown. And 9 months ago, a game I help dev for passed 100k mau, still don’t have those crowns either.
The devawards email I’m quite sure was forgotten and no longer managed, as none of my emails have been seen.

That’s not true my guy. I received a crown this year. Maybe the devs. Not getting their crowns is account related.
