I’ve seen some people posting it at talent hub, can i do that, is it allowed?

if not where is the best place to find it
i dont really need much, but still needed some

To be honest you really just have to invest yourself like @SubtotalAnt8185 said. Or you can release the game in a working state and then if you get profit go from there.
