Where would I post my game's changelog?

I don’t really know if I have chosen the correct category to ask this question.

In many games, I have seen devs link a DevForum post in the game description which contains all the version history of a game. Now I can’t find a post like that. I want to add my own game’s changelog too - But I don’t really know in which category should I post it.
