Upon purchasing some ROBUX, I was not given my ROBUX. It was awarded to me after about two hours. I feel this is either A) a bug or B) intentional.
If intentional, the time frame lines up with Google’s App Refund timeframe. However, IAP can’t be refunded.

I was more reporting this as an issue. I didn’t contact CS since I wanted to wait 24 hours before declaring it reasonable to contact them.
I got the ROBUX after two hours. Can I get an admin to explain why it took so long? IAP can’t be refunded like apps can.
What was your method of payment? Some take longer than others.

It was a bug that affected a small number of other players as well. We resolved the bug and everyone’s payments went through.
