Which category do I use for this question?

So I was going to ask a question about development leadership since I can’t figure out how to get my team to actually work on the game I’m making but I was confused on what part of the forums to use so where do I put questions about being a team leader on the forums?

Management? I can’t find any category that seems to fit, but #development-support:game-design-support. I don’t really know at the moment.

However, I only found one post about team management in #development-discussion and nowhere else.
