I want to start using HttpService and external databases but I’m not sure which service to use.

This isn’t an answer but, I am making one, and it will be complete very soon if you would like to use it!
Use Amazon RDS + Postgres. For a large game you’re going to need a large or higher. I’m using a micro right now in my personal projects.
It’s a really great database engine with many features.
If not, MySQL works well too. I like it’s simplicity.
