I decided since all rooms games are the same, im going to make mine different. The building feels like it should be mostly smaller rooms connected by hallways, with a couple larger ones scattered here and there. Im going to scrap all the basic rooms from the original game, since I feel like making it the same kinda ruins the whole thing. Rooms is kinda a dead concept now anyways, so I at least want to make it different so it will potentially attract more people. What do you think?
Lighting after looks so much better. Plus adding that ceiling texture really makes it look more polished. The lighting before is way too white which is unrealistic. But in the after lighting it looks like you added a bit of orange which makes it that much more realistic. I like it a lot.
In the game there is a row of 1000 rooms separated by different doors labeled with the current room you’re in. After a certain point, when you start opening doors there is a chance for a monster to spawn. It will emit sound so you can hear it coming, and will rush through the rooms. Some will spawn behind and move forward through the rooms, and others will spawn in front of you and rush backwards through the rooms. To avoid the entities, you must hide in a locker. The farther you go the rooms will slowly start getting darker until it is pitch black (around room 100). I plan on adding batteries to the flashlight, so you will have to constantly find more in order to see. Once you die, you’re dead forever, and will have to start from the beginning. You can also just search “Rooms” in Roblox, a ton of games will come up so you can play those.
