Which material is the heaviest?

Simple question: Which material is the heaviest? Which material would the player have the hardest time pushing when unanchored?

There is no difference :grinning:   :smirk:

There’s no difference in mass, you would have to script whatever you want to be heavier

You can toggle on the property CustomPhysicalProperties for your parts and alter the density there. The higher the density, the harder it is to push.

I swear I’ve seen a difference before. My character easily pushed a wood block but couldn’t push a metal block.

see size and positone and see in workspace gravity

Well there are some properties for parts etc. By enabling them you can adjust the mass of a object.

Holy moly the nonsense in this thread, this is incredibly basic. Each material has a density which affects mass according to the part’s size. You can modify.density by using customPhysicalProperties.

Materials don’t have different masses. You can however change a parts mass using customphysicalproperties or scripts

1st Corroded Metal, Diamond Plate, Metal
2nd Marble, Concrete, Cobblestone, Slate
3rd Wood, Wooden plank
4rd Smooth Plastic, Plastic, Ice

this isn’t accurate. This is just estimate.

It would be the metal materials. You can find out yourself by running =PhysicalProperties.new(Enum.Material.Metal).Density with your material as the parameter in the command bar.

This is basically all I needed, thank you!
