Which ROBLOX Support category should I use to help resolve this issue?

My account was recently hacked and the hackers spent my ROBUX on game passes, I’m trying to refund the purchases, but am having issue with Roblox moderators, which ticket category should I use for better results, “Billing and Payment Issues” or “Account Hacked” I have access to the account, and since the incident have reset my password, signed out of all sessions, and set up 2step, the fraudulent purchases are obvious as I rarely spend ROBUX, and they’re all made within minutes of each other, to games with 0 visits. Account Hacked – Billing and Payment Issues is more for when you are buying Robux / Premium, rather than unauthorised spending of robux.

so using the catagory “Robux spent” would be better?

No. The Account Hacked category would be the best one. Your account was hacked. That’s the ultimate cause here.

i did try that and the automated message kept telling me to reset my password, my account was hacked, but I have access to my account, the issue I want resolved is robux being refunded/returned

Those are probably just messages telling you what to do while waiting for a response. Just wait for a response from staff.

thanks for the feedback, what’s annoying is its asking verification for an email that is not associated with the account, and said to reset password, and the reset email would be sent to the correct email, which it did, and yet still it asks to use a different email not associated with the account to verify ownership, when it already has @_@
