Trying to decide which tween to use for my horror game
I am not sure I like either, they both look goofy for a horror game. The first one is way to fast and the second one, the person just falls down a pit. Not sure what the context is for this, but that is my two sense.
How do you suggest I do it then?
I would have it open up slowly with a small camera shake and for the player to go down the hole slowly.
A horror game needs an element of surprise somewhere. You could try making the patch of the floor collapse apart into pieces like as if it was unstable.
Thanks for the advice, I like that idea
First one but add detail, I agree with dmk, it looks goofy. Detail could be rocks collapsing or camera shake
Try adding blur to the animation, and some sound effects.
First one seems best. I would not go for the last one as it looks like it will be easy to escape.
I would recommend a double floor door, as players will definitely not get out of that one, though that will be square, and not circle shaped.
I would use the second one but I make the two door panels fold downward + faster animation
