Which type of tree is better for TPS?

Hi, which type of tree do you think would be better to use in TPS game? Realistic or cartoony, if you dont know what i mean here is picture of both: image

Realistic, 100% you should go with realistic!

Well what do you want the art style of the game to be… if you want lowpoly, then go for cartoony.
If you want a realistic style, go for the realistic tree. No-brainer, right?

But I would prefer to go with the realistic style because its much more visually appealing

Its Third Person Shooter. Just like fortnite or PUBG.

Feedback

Any objects within a Third-Person-Shooter- has to be thick and wide so be used as cover. Unless you increase the width of the realistic-ish tree, the cartoony tree will, of course, be the better option.

It depends on what the overall design is used for the game. Are you making the whole game realistic, partly realistic, or completely low-poly but kept to realistic figures.

I would say this all depends on how heavy your overall scripting is going to be, If you’re going to have a lot of scripting I would recommend the cartoon tree because it will most likely have a lower poly count and make the game run a lot better. It would also cut down the poly count and suit the trees better on a bunch other assets like buildings and weapons if you made the entire game cartoon-ish. I would only recommend a realistic style if your going to have mid, light scripting or plan to run the game on something that can handle it like consoles and computers.

Realistic will be best for TPS, but the low poly is good too but realistic 100%
