Hello developer, I don’t know if this belongs in this category (if not, please let me know). I applied to the UGC project half a year ago but didn’t get a response or permission. Problem: I created a free UGC game and set a release date. Everything is ready except the UGC. So I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any UGC that I can use freely (UGC that is uncopylocked and won’t lead to a ban if you use it in your game). I would use accessories and clothes that don’t pop up immediately when you type “free” into the search bar (because they wount Play the Game when they can get it without playing the Game) . Which UGC would you suggest? I’m happy to receive any answers!

You could use all UGC in your game without getting banned. Take catalog avatar creator for example.
Maybe I misunderstood this question as well. Please elaborate more.

Thankyou For your answer, can i use UGC from other games ore is that Not allowed? I mean for example: Punch simulator hast Wings as a UGC Accessoire, can i use this Wings in my Game ore IS this Not allowed? (I am sorry i don’t know this much about Copyright From UGC items)

Then no. You can’t. That’s just using someone elses work for your own benefit without paying or giving them anything. Credits don’t count.

Ok thankyou, so i Just can use items from the Catalog. Is it allowed to ask someone, for the rights in the UGC? And use them If they say IT IS ok for them to use the UGC’s

I doubt you could from the catalog as well in this specific case as you are kind of rewarding players? Like they do a challenge and get a ugc. If that’s right?
You could use ugc for just decorating npcs and players themself.

I mean the free Accessoires from roblox (the Admin Roblox)
are you trying to make a game that gives the players UGC items like all the games that advertise FREE UGC and give you UGC Limiteds for playing?
Or are you just trying to use existing UGC in your game for decorative purposes? (the UGC doesn’t actually go into the player’s inventory, and it’s only available to them in your game unless they buy it from the Marketplace.)

I don’t think you can make a ugc limited game like that if you don’t meet the requirements.
Even if you did, it cost quite a bit of robux to make free limited.
And there isn’t any way to use someone else’s limited, as you do not own them and have no way of distributing them.
