Which velocity is the best to use while coding aerial vehicles?

I have tried to use every velocity and forces such as vector forces, body velocity, assembly linear velocity and so on but I still don’t understand which one to use while coding aerial vehicles such as helicopters, planes and more

I wasn’t able to find a single post about this so I just made this one

I have end up creating my own custom physics by using body velocity, although thanks for trying to help
