Which would you prefer?

Ok so I need help on deciding so from the other thumbnail topic I posted this idea…

I had a idea where I add different characters and there color to the thumbnail, how does that sound if ya don’t like it? and I took it into consideration by a few people and this is what I made

Which one would you prefer I should use?

  • One with half of a characters color

  • The old one with characters together but no half color for each character

I think the second one is better, but could be improved if the gradient faded from blue to purple.

I mean, if the second one (B) had a gradient that faded from blue to purple like how it fades from blue to white, it would be better.

these are both cool but I think the first one would be better if you filled up the space in the middle with more of the title. There is just too much empty space in the middle which gives it a bad composition. But that’s only a suggestion, I still think it looks pretty cool

A sucks. B is god tier.
To make A better, you can change the places of Sonic and the other character because it would be better if characters’ faces point the middle instead of Borders.
I don’t know if I described myself good.

I like the second one not gonna lie, the first one makes me think the design is quite empty.
But anyways, wait a minute, is this a thumbnail for Sonic Game Project?
