While a TouchButton is active on the screen, the camera cannot be reangled

When a TouchButton is created with ContextActionService, for the entire duration that the TouchButton is visible on screen, it disables reangling the camera by touching the screen with your finger.

Please fix. Happening on Android, cannot confirm iOS.
