Introduction:

First off, congratulations on being a Whip’d MR, you earned it! We’d like to welcome you here and give you a basic understanding of your job now that you’ve been promoted!

General Formalities:

Activity: In order to keep your rank and to get promoted, you must stay active in the Cafe and sessions. If you’re planning on being active for 2-3+ days, you must fill out an inactivity notice via the channel.

Furthermore, activity is equally weighted in two areas; activity at trainings and activity at Cafe shifts.

Grammar: Grammar is required as an MR at all times, however, we know you can do it! You were promoted based on a lot of things; activity being a big one!

Discord information: As an MR, you can warn and mute people! Make sure you’re using your commands for a valid reason.

Account safety: As a MR here at Whyp’d, you must insure your account is 100% safe. We recommend turning on 2FA. If your account ever gets hacked, tell an HR immediately!

General Avatar Attire: We don’t require anyone to wear a uniform, however, you must be in relation to our clothing rules. Your clothing must be appropriate to wear.

Session information:

An Assistant Manager + may host Cafe shifts and training sessions. However, other MRs are required to attend those shifts and stay active!

Training Roles:

Management Intern - Train
Assistant Manager - Host and/or Train
All ranks above may Host and/or Train!
All HRs may supervise.

Commands:

This will tell you about the commands we have for you all to use.

On top of the basic commands (Say cmds to view it), we have a few extra ones!

  1. utilitylogs - See activity with the hand-to system.
  2. !recipeguide - For all LRs+ to use. Shows the recipe guide.
  3. !skip - Only to be used if a member plays a bypassed audio.
  4. !apply - Someone can use this to be placed to the application center.
  5. application (user) - Please those user(s) to the application center.
  6. !afk - Say this when you go AFK, and when you return.
  7. shift - Used to a host of a shift.
  8. chats - Shortcut for chatlogs.
  9. iga - Shortcut for ingameadmins.

Please don’t spam commands, we have logs of all commands!

Please do note failure to train for the Assistant Manager role within two weeks of you getting the Intern Manager role will result in removal from the team and possibly a blacklist. If you’d like further time, please reach out to the head of the Staffing department.
