They accidentally changed margin-left to padding-left in nav.post-controls .actions .double-button button.my-likes .d-icon, nav.post-controls .actions .double-button button.read-indicator .d-icon, nav.post-controls .actions .double-button button.regular-likes .d-icon in topic-post.scss
This needs to be changed to margin-left and it fixes the tiny heart issue
