Why am I being charged 5.00 USD when using ad credits?

I’ve been looking around for answers and so far haven’t found anything. Haven’t seen any other developers mention this either.

Is this some sort of new fee that I’m not aware of? I never even put in my credit card information. I didn’t see this message when I created two ad campaigns previously.

Update: I successfully made another ad campaign and my ad credits were deducted successfully. Got no message about a 5.00 USD charge (so far), so maybe It’s just a bug.
