Why are animations exported from blender choppy + incorrect?

notice how its like hella choppy, also every position is inaccurate for some reason?

Did you bake the keyframes in blender before importing the animation?

Can you look up a tutorial online? There are hundreds of them.
My job is to point you in the right direction, not teach you every feature of blender.

Yeah and when i bake my animation the animation freezes
