When I try to put 2 R6 models in blender, the textures get mixed up. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? It seems that when I export the rig as an obj, it replaces the old textures with the one I just made.

I fixed this by using different folders for each rig. This sounds like a bad way of doing it though. Let me know if there is another way to do this.
I don’t know anything about this type of modelling but have you exported them with different models/animations, and have you tried naming them something different? (if needed)

Because roblox merge material. U can separate by going to edit mode right click on object. Click separate. Click by material
