Why are my games so low rated?
I’ve recently released 3 games and they all have less than 70%.
The only game where I feel like the ratio is justified is the “Black Figure” game which is a game I made in one day to prove a point to my brother. It has a few bugs and has little to no replayability…
I’m not quite sure why the others are so low rated.
If someone could play them and let me know why / give constructive criticism, it would be greatly appreciated.
When joining the “CLICK to Change Killer!” game, it felt kind of low quality due to the map. You should add trees, buildings if possible, grass, just overall details & decorations to make the map feel more interesting.
The enemy wasn’t moving or doing anything. Probably a bug. But if all he does is just chase you then it isn’t very fun if there is nothing you can do against him. Like maybe add the ability to hide somewhere or sprint for a short time & such.
Clicking the enemy to change them, to me at least, felt quite random & not really engaging. And having that as the games title doesn’t exactly match with the gameplay, since changing the killer feels kind of secondary there. Also, imo, the different types of killers should have at least slightly different behaviour to make changing them make sense.
If all I need to do is just run around the empty map & turn the generators on, then, once again, it doesn’t feel very engaging. Like mentioned before, try to add more things to do.
More over, after turning on all the generators, nothing really happened. Only a text that said “All objectives completed”. If it felt more rewarding and would start a new round after all the generators were turned on, then that could help.
