Why are my shadows like this?

So basically, I am trying to build a scene but when I actually built it the shadows are way too blurry? When I put the lights further away it becomes more blurry. I don’t wanna put them closer since that will just make the actual live gameplay lighting weird… I’m using spotlights, but the same issue still happens with pointlights…

My rendering quality in studio is 21, but it doesn’t matter since it doesn’t work ingame too.

These are my lighting settings:

How it looks:

What I’m trying to create (THIS IS WITH THE LIGHT CLOSER DOWN TO THE GROUND BUT THAT MAKES OTHER ISSUES LIKE SHADOWS BEING INACCURATE IN GAMEPLAY):

However when I use SurfaceLights it fixes itself but makes it choppy.

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

Generally speaking, the smaller the light, the better the shadows. From my limited experience the best compromise is spot light and point light
