Why are these highlights not functioning as intended? (Solved)

Image below is the issue

Every “country” here has a highlight effect on it to show the border, but it simply doesn’t show up! Is there a fix to this issue?

Things to note:

• The countries highlighted have the same properties as the ones without highlight
• I tried setting Adornee
• It’s definitely not an SVG issue

2. There is limit of 31 highlights that can be rendered.

Thanks, it sucks only 31 can be rendered when i need over 200 to be.

Incorrect. it’s Bahrain, Armenia is not divided.
