So recently I’ve been working on a map for game. When trying to model some items, I noticed these dotted white lines appearing in between the parts of the model. Not sure what the cause of this is or how to fix it. It’s very annoying since it takes away from the quality of a build. I’ve double checked and even triple checked to make sure that the parts were correctly aligned (which they are). A friend said that it could be a render issue, but I wanted some more opinions since I was still able to see it in-game. [You may have to click on the images in order to see it]
Those mean the parts are off-centered from the others. I would look at your position values and fix it. If you need any extra help just reply.
So I reworked the centering of the parts and it did work. However, there’s one part that I’m unable to center correctly. Is there another way to do it? Like is there some kind of alignment plugin that would help?
The best way is to literally match the position values in properties, I haven’t seen a more useful plugin for this, and I don’t see the need for someone to make one if the Roblox properties works fine.
Because the part is incorectly resized to a pixel or even less than one on your screen.
I’m not sure if my description made the most sense, but I’d recommend hitting it with ResizeAlign on the sides that experience this.
Thank you very much- resize align did the trick!
they aren’t centered prob and could be clipping through another part
