Why Arms Collide when State Swimming?

Simply put, when a character is swimming the arms register as collidable parts as oppose to when they are State Running and not in water.
This is a problem because it makes them too fat to swim out of sideways doors and they get stuck in my ships and die.
If you try to set collisions off, the Humanoid immediately turns them back on.

Only thing I can think of is making larger doors.
