Images describe my problem. Another rig’s highlight is visible through a wall even though it is Occluded. When I move my camera around, it becomes invisible again randomly. It seems to depend on the angle. How do i fix this? I can’t just have wall hacks randomly popping in and out.

Is there actually a wall there?
I don’t think grass is included as a solid Part type object.
Turn your grass Decoration off temporarily in Terrain and see what happens.
