Why can't I hear my game music?

Why can’t I hear my Roblox music? I tried everything set the volume to the max, looped and another thing I forgot. So why can’t I hear it?

Have you tried selecting it in the explorer and pressing the play button (is it the audio itself)

Does it play when you press the play button in properties?

Is the Sound in explorer? And did you select playing?

Can other people hear the roblox music or is it just your issue?
