I need to create a sound, yet I cannot access the asset manager.
Its just blocked!
Edit: I think it is some sort of tab.

I’m pretty sure, you need to publish the place first in order to use asset manager. Have you published it yet?

Above is correct: the asset manager is only for published places.
If you want to upload an asset without the manager, you can upload the sound to the site, and grab it from your Toolbox in Studio.

It is public.
That is what it says on the bottom right corner in studio.
If you’re in a script window, close out of it. You can only access asset manager when you’re inside the game viewport window.
