As the developer forum badge “Popular Link” is 50 clicks on the link.
I got 76 clicks on the link but i still haven’t got the badge. Please help anyone!

You only get badges for posts in public categories. To clarify: categories like Discussion and Forum Feedback aren’t available to Visitors, so you can’t earn badges there. You can tell if a category is locked by the little lock next to it.
I’m not sure that’s true, since most of my popular link badges are from roblox.com links. It might have to be a non-devforum link, though, I’m not sure.
Pretty much in general, all badges are earned through public posts. This includes likes too.
Well, I think you’re right and thanks for replying because I was waiting for this answer. Roblox should remove this feature because a lot of likes and clicks come from private categories because people in private categories participate more than public ones.
Im pretty sure Discourse is set up this way, and it not working for public categories makes sense. Since the posts are private, logged-out users/visitors won’t be able to see them on your profile. Thus it makes no sense to have the badge when to the visitor you don’t have a link that was clicked over 50 times.
This is correct. DevForum links do not count towards link badges. You can check the Badges page if you want to see some badge summaries (differs from the actual badge page sometimes though).
Notice the specific text for it is “external link”.
If the link is on a public category and it isn’t somewhere on the DevForum, you are eligible for the badge and may need to wait some time for it to be granted.
I went ahead and checked the link myself and found that the post this link is on is in the Discussion category. That category is not eligible for obtaining badges.
