Alright. Hope this is the right topic. Earlier today, I went on GRP 6.0 and tried to advertise my group. I wanted to add my groups logo on (will be displayed below) so I went to the group and uploaded it as a decal named ‘Logo’ and it wasnt allowed, However, it was allowed on the group.
What do you want to achieve?
I want to know why it was moderated.

Now. I think roblox is great, I mean no disrespect towards anyone that works at ROBLOX, though I feel for an image like this, that just displays the letter ‘A’ with a drop shadow, its quite outrageous.
I think all images with mostly white areas are denied due to something possibly being hidden using contrast.
The whole thing is probably ran by a bot so you just automatically get warned for it.
If your image isn’t supposed to have a white background then I have no clue what’s their problem lol.
Most likely. Though, what I dont understand is the fact that it passed moderation when I put it on the group. When I uploaded it as a decal, it wouldnt let me.
I had the same problem as well, you must contact support moderation to appeal, or make it non-filtered. Make sure to say: I want to know if this is violating Roblox ToS: insert link
This happened due to that fact that the bot must have misunderstood.
You should use the support form to submit an appeal (Moderation > Appeal Account or Content). Roblox has a history of moderating innocent letters and it isn’t clear why, but the content will be reinstated if it was moderated incorrectly if you contact Appeals.
Please also note that there is no moderation bot - it would be interesting to see peoples’ sources for this claim. At most, AI flags content for manual review but only human moderators will ever moderate your account, so understand that this was done by a human, not a bot.
