I ran an ad worth 5k a few hours ago and received this warning.

Why did I get this warning? This is the third day of running this ad and only now I get a warning?
what ages are you running the ad to? Because if your showing it to under 13 then the blood would break the t.o.s

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure player ads can only be shown to those 13+ anyway

I guess just try to make it so that the bot does not think they are kissing or sth

It’s likely an error on Roblox’s end. Try to appeal the moderation action.

Yeah I just appealed and they said it was a mistake. However, I did not get any compensation for the ad that I paid 5,000 Robux for.

In the note section for the initial ad appeal I asked for compensation (didn’t work). I made a separate appeal that specifically asks for compensation. I will keep you updated if you are interested.
