Why did my game get moderated?

    why my game is moderated
  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Just when i added a neon character to make a light bulb character so i could change my game idea, my game got moderated
  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I dont know what to do about it rn

Use the appeals page.

We don’t have access to the internal moderation logs and stuff, so we can’t help you beyond that.

Go open the game file and look for anything that is remotely considered sexual content (characters laying down, characters slightly naked, etc).

Usually the bots judge the game by its icon/thumbnails. Can I take a look at the game icon/thumbnails as well as the game characters?

Game icon and thumbnails are roblox set, i didnt make them, and here are the game characters

I have already sent an appeal to roblox but gonna take like 2 years
i suspect the first image is the reason but idk i tried to make a character be neon so its like a light bulb
and roblox did give me an asset id that was responsible for it so i dont think its the icon or thumbnail

It most likely is, because it remotely and unnoticeably refers to sexual content.

Try removing the neon character thing from the game file, then save changes and appeal to Roblox Support saying that you removed the character that caused your game to get taken down. They’ll probably open the game.

A similar thing happened to another developer on the DevForum. Their game was taken down falsely due to suicide/self-harm. They removed the elements that were remotely considered suicide/self-harm, contacted support and they reopened the game.

I already appealed to roblox, and thanks for the idea ill remove the character, hopefully it gets open again

EDIT:
Uhh i cant save changes cuz it said failed to publish attempted to upload invalid content
However i told support about the light bulb character thing, hopefully they understand

Not sure why this happens honestly. Probably because your game is moderated already.

Try pressing Alt+P and see if it works.

Try restarting studio as well as your PC.

And also, try changing your game’s name to something random, because it might be one of the reasons it was triggered as sexual content.

Change it to something random like “MaddyRing’s Place” or something.

Edit: nvm I didn’t notice that you already changed its name. My bad
