Why didn't Roblox remove the content sent in for removal to the copyright agent?

Hi all,

I recently experienced an issue where I had requested items I uploaded to be removed off roblox to adhere to the current ToS. To be specific it was 313 clothing items I made as a minor with no knowledge of DMCA/copyrights. Today I have received violations for the items, which is very confusing as it’s passed the 30 day mark of when in their response email (sent Jan 26th 2025) they said it would have been removed off roblox. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I am just super worried about having violations of my account because I want to keep my account in the best standings I can.

I experienced the same issue! I sent in a list of some Adidas clothing I uploaded years ago to the copyright agent in 2020? I believe? And was told in an email it would be removed within 30 days. 6 months ago, I got a warning for them :woman_facepalming: Why didn’t Roblox follow through with what they promised they would do?
