I think roblox uses bots to check the name, so just try to name the thing like “hi”. And it might go through idk

Despite what people say, the moderation is actually done by humans. It can be inconsistent.
The uploaded decals are both named the same. I doubt naming a pornography decal to “keyboard” would let the image in.

The decals are checked by bots when uploaded.Then it’s pending for manual verification

Honestly, a QR code might be the least of your problems. YouTube could get mad that you’re using their videos in your game.
Side note: That’s true something similiar happened recently with discord bot Groovy and developer of the bot had to stop providing such a services (playing videos from youtube) and shut down the bot.
Just don’t do that. It’s REALLY resource wasteful and inefficient.
