Why do 0 CCUs impact the average session time?

This is my game session time analytics, and as you can see the time spikes are really different, but the average session time seems a bit low compared to the spikes. Is this because roblox also counts 0 minute session times (when there are no players)?

I don’t want my game stats to be lowered because someotimes there are no players in game.

Also, as you can see in the image, the current hour I was selecting has a TOTAL session time of 0 minutes, despite the computer session time being over 30 mins, phone session time 10 mins and tablet 3 mins, only because console session time is 0 minutes as no console players played in that moment.

Is your game image eye-catching? They should be an issue.

Even if the icon and eye catching and the wrong audience clicks on it and leaves after a second, that still wouldn’t be a problem. What I’m saying is that somehow it seems like 0 CCU spikes (so no session time) impact into the average session time… this is happening onto the performance tab
