Why do characters look so different on the server?

Hello, for some reason in my game NPC’s and players alike have a much more different position as compared to what the client sees, and what other players see when they join later. I think I’ve narrowed it down somewhat to velocity knockbacks and changing its position, but I don’t know how to fix it. Any suggestions?
