So the only things that work are:
Lighting’s default settings (fogend, outdoorambient and those stuff.)
Blur
ColorCorrection
But things like sunrays, bloom, and depth of field doesn’t work.
Does anybody know why?

Are they inside the lighting tab?
yes and their enabled too
i tried some things
If you add DepthOfField into the lighting tab, you should be able to see an immediate difference.
I did now but it doesnt do anything, just clear as always
Tried making another baseplate, and checked if that made a difference?
yea. atmosphere doesnt work unless its default made in the new baseplate either
Is the quality and edit quality level set to 21 in studio settings?
oh. okay thanks! it worked
spotted a difference immediately
Also, you’re supposed to put depthoffield inside lighting otherwise it wont work
no problem, glad i helped
