Why does a mesh scale fowards when playing animation?

So I did a animation commission for someone that includes a snake custom meshed rig.but when ever I import it and play it the animation editor the mesh scales forward.

I Tried multiple tutorials on how to export, i also tried applying scaling in blender but that did not work, i also tried exporting animation and model separately didn’t work either i don’t know what to do
