Why does it take a minute to load every time I want to playtest in studio but my cpu and ram are both not over 90%?

I think this only happens in one of my games, it’s a big game with lots of terrain, so I suppose that’s why this is happening. When I try to playtest it takes more than a minute to load and when I check my task manager the ram and cpu are around 90%. I thought if neither of them are at 100% it means it isn’t too much for the computer to handle, so why is it taking so long to go? I don’t really know much about this sort of stuff, it could be that if the cpu or ram are around 90% it’s meant to lag like this, I just thought that it fills up to 100% if it’s too much for the computer to handle. Could it maybe be that roblox studio doesn’t have permission to use the entire cpu or ram, if that makes any sense?

It might be trying to avoid going to 100% in case you open another application, or it could be trying to prevent the computer from overheating. Do the fans usually run loudly when getting ready to playtest?

I don’t think the fans get louder, I can’t hear any significant difference.
