Why does light seep in from walls

light keeps seeping into dark rooms, is there any good fix for it?

The walls probably aren’t tall enough, I usually make my walls a little lower than the floor and a little taller than the celling if that makes sense.

You can try lowering “EnvironmentalSpecularScale” and “EnvironmentalDiffuseScale” in Lighting.
