Why does my a-chassis car drive weird and slower on a road part?

It’s a regular a-chassis vehicle and I made it heavy so I also tuned it to be a bit slow and sluggish. It drives exactly how I want it on the default baseplate, but when I built a road with flat parts, it seems to drive slower and not as powerful there. Since I made it sluggish with lower horsepower, because it’s slowed down on the road parts, sometimes it doesn’t even start moving or starts moving very slowly. To put it simply, the road basically makes it look like it decreases the vehicle’s horsepower.

  • What are you attempting to achieve?
I want the vehicle to drive normally on the road parts just like how it does on the default baseplate.

  • What is the issue?
The vehicle for some reason drives slower and weaker when it’s on the road parts.

  • What solutions have you tried so far?
I’ve made both the road part and the baseplate’s material Plastic, I’ve unioned the road parts, ununioned them, but none of this seems to work.

I really do not understand what the issue is. What exactly causes the vehicle to drive perfectly on the baseplate but struggle on a flat road part?
